  Usage: Apply the body cream once or twice a day. Using the Body massage tool, massage the cream onto the individual body parts for about 2 minutes one after the other. Guide the tool in gentle circular movements in the direction of the lymph nodes: On the legs towards the groin, on the abdomen towards the groin, on the bottom towards the back of the knee and on the arms towards the armpit.
